Our Hiring Process: What to Expect
We understand that you may feel anxious throughout the process of applying, so we put together a guide to show you how qualified candidates are taken through the hiring process.

Confirmation
Following successful submission of each application you will receive a confirmation email thanking you for your application and initializing the review process.
Preliminary Screening
A member of our recruiting team will review all newly submitted applications and determine if the applicant matches our requirements for the position.
Phone Interviews
Those applicants who meet our requirements are selected for a phone interview to further evaluate whether or not the candidate has the qualifications necessary to meet all of the job requirements.
First Interview
Based on your phone interview, the Recruiter will determine whether or not you will proceed to the next round. Usually a one-on-one, in-person interview, we will ask you several follow up questions, as well as answer any questions you may have about the position and our company. Depending on the position, you may be asked to complete an assessment test specifically designed for the competencies of the role.
Second Interview
We invite top candidates from the initial interview to a second round, which also takes place in our corporate office. Your second interview with our company will be more detailed, with you and the hiring manager reviewing the details of your previous positions and future expectations.
Hiring Decision
Following the second round of interviews is when the hiring manager will review all of the top candidates and determine who will be the right fit.
Offer Extensions
Verbal offers are extended by a member of our recruiting team. Once you’ve accepted our verbal offer from Transcend Media, you will receive additional details about your on-boarding experience, including your start date and training schedule.
